I am a current master's student at the University of Bern, specialising in Conservation and Wildlife Biology researching the Bombina variegata under the supervision of Dr. Stefano Canessa. I will focus my thesis on monitoring the colonisation of Bombina variegata, analysing potential drivers of their decline (P. leniusculus) and the possible impacting presence of chytrid fungus.
