I am passionate about mountains, plants and pollinators. Therefore, my research interests revolve around biodiversity and it’s conservation, specifically in Switzerland.

As a Master’s student, I am working on the restoration of agroecosystems in mountain areas (see [Alpine grassland project: https://www.cb.iee.unibe.ch/research/alpine_grassland/index_eng.html]). For my thesis, I am examining the resilience of the pollinator community, specifically the wild bees and hoverflies, with which I am aiming to provide insights into the mid-term effects of extensification as a management treatment in mountain meadows.
